Eric Sealine, A Calm and Ordered Place

A Calm and Ordered Place, mixed media forced perspective construction, 65” x 23” x 11”

Eric Sealine uses 3-D perspective construction as a means of setting up a dialogue.  The viewer is invited to come into the ‘theater’ of the illusion, and to stay for the poetry.   Some of his works are as densely layered and occupied as ‘A Calm and Ordered Place’, and some are starkly minimal. Some pieces are epics, some short stories, some haiku.
Sealine has been represented by Snyderman Gallery, The Works, and Rosenfeld Gallery in Philadelphia, Heller Gallery in New York, Eve Mannes Gallery in Atlanta, Chase Gallery in Boston, Elaine Baker Gallery in Boca Raton, and currently is represented by Geri Hooks at Hooks-Epstein Galleries in Houston as well as by Boston Sculptors.
